The successful Marketing Manager, China will help oversee Wargaming’s premium PC product, World of Tanks, within the Chinese market. In this role, you’ll be an experienced professional with clear knowledge of the China media landscape and trends, and possessing strong analytic skills. Your role will be to shape and drive the product marketing for the Chinese market alongside our partner within the country.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of understanding successful media implementation within China. Also providing key insights into this market to help deliver on customer acquisition targets and building the brand for World of Tanks PC are key requisites. A track record of strong, cross-functional coordination and exhibit robust analytical and communication skills are beneficial for this role.

Senior Regional Product Marketing Manager, World of Tanks PC (Singapore)
Work closely with key partners in China to develop measurable and successful customer acquisition campaigns as well as build long term strategic acquisition opportunities within the market
Review and present media channel strategies for the Chinese market, and show clear understanding of rationale behind media channel selection
Develop and manage player segmentation, identify and describe core target audience; prepare a target player profile, create target player group descriptions for marketing activities
Concise budget management and forecasting with a clear understanding of spend commitments to drive acquisition and build brand awareness in market
Prepare and present performance of all China campaigns to regional and HQ teams
Work closely and effectively with internal and external partners to ensure media alignment from Global product beats
Partner with the China Publishing team as well as other internal departments to drive tool set improvements as well as build China specific requirements to achieve success
Assist with all external and internal communications, including but not limited to Press releases
Facilitate communication between publishing partner in China and World of Tanks internal teams to drive feature implementations and requests, both ad hoc and planned
Implement brand guidelines across all media campaigns and activations are in line with creative pillars
Proven cases of developing and evolving successful acquisition campaigns.
5+ years’ experience in marketing discipline (videogames marketing a plus)
Experience in working with China business partners and licensees
Passion for games (our game projects preferably)
Native Mandarin speaker and Simplified Chinese
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
Dedicated team player with a positive attitude
Drive for constant personal development and the development of your field
Strong understanding of the premium F2P PC games market both in Japan and globally
