The HR Manager, Singapore will report to HR Director for Asia Pacific.What will you do?
Here are the primary elements of the role, and how you will be successful.
You will handle end-to-end HR operations for our Singapore regional office (about 60 employees and growing), and you are the kind of person who delights in making things better, faster, simpler, and more “human”.
You collaborate well with our Workplace, Finance, IT and any other teams to be a custodian for our site and a curator of the overall workplace journey / experience.
You are the first point-of-contact for our Wargamers in Singapore. You are approachable, patient to listen, seeking to genuinely understand, trusted to help reach the right solutions, appreciate inclusivity and diversity, and you will be an ambassador of what it means to be a Wargamer. You dream big and you know how to have fun.
You take pride in being up to date on the latest talent developments in Singapore and help provide expertise guidance on how we should navigate our business in the Singapore-context from a governmental, compliance and industry trends perspective. You have an aspiration to play an active role in our Singapore tripartite dialogue.

4 to 6 years of working experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore HR operations (e.g. HRIS, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, income tax, CPF, work visas, legislation etc.)
Customer-focused, friendly & approachable, and culturally sensitive
Collaborative team player and effective communicator
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, especially Excel) with a data-driven mindset
Bachelor’s degree (in any field)
Experience as a HR Generalist across Asia Pacific will be an advantage
Experience working in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment, online-games or entertainment industry will be an advantage
Singapore IHRP-CP certification preferred
