Wargaming is looking for a Technical Artist to or the next big PC/Console free-to-play Vehicle Shooter title using Unreal Engine 4.
Build a complete detailed phased flow of content development, monitor compliance with the built process, ensure compliance with the requirements for the production of assets
Search, design and replenish the base of contractors for external production of various types of content for the product and operation
Organize a full cycle of work with external teams
Supervise legal issues for external work. Work through internal company services
Provide feedback on key content development milestones between internal and external teams
Plan work on external production of content and maintain relevant documentation
Initial acceptance of all outsourced work, quality control
Strong background in the development of content for games / digital entertainment, in particular art direction
Good skill in drawing up technical specifications, formalizing requirements
Systematization and execution of internal documentation
Ability to work with technical and art requirements of content for games
Ability to work with a large amount of content, conduct multi-level development
Experience with AAA titles
Knowledge of English - spoken and written
Work experience in a similar field 3+, at least a year as a manager
