Responsibilities:

  • As a global teams member, you will contribute directly to delivering first class service to our internal and external teams
  • Primarily, assisting with maintaining a large portfolio of entities across the globe using ZenDesk
  • You will also be expected to have a basic understanding of Jira/Confluence administration as well as utilizing Jira Service Desk for incoming support requests

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Proven ability to consistently strive for excellence, take pride in carrying out your responsibilities efficiently and with impeccable execution
  • Experience in looking for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes
  • Excel in working in a collaborative team environment and working under pressure within given deadlines

  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence
