Your role will be developing and maintaining different packages that will allow developers to run performance tests in their projects. This requires a desire to understand users’ workflows, creativity and ability to work well within a team. It also requires you to be able to iterate your work, receive and give feedback, as well as communicate with other teams and areas in order to gather requirements from our internal customers. You will be enabling game developers to do performance testing by developing an extension to the unity test framework. This will include working closely with external and internal customers to align on best workflows.


  • Create, extend and maintain unity packages, workflows and tools to help users understand and track performance of their projects
  • Build relationships with Unity's internal and user development teams to gather requirements and feedback
  • Adapt to new technologies and tasks in a multi-disciplinary environment


  • You have experience with C# and .NET
  • You are able to clearly communicate ideas and technical knowledge
  • You are able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Experience using profilers to analyze and find potential issues as well as areas for improvement

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience with the Unity engine or other game engines
  • You have experience releasing libraries and/or unity packages
  • Prior experience in game development
  • Experience profiling or debugging on console and/or mobile platforms
