Unity is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment team in Seoul. You will partner with our recruiters and hiring managers in successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity, processing offers as well as assisting the Recruitment Operations team with projects around employer branding, process improvement and more.

A Recruitment Coordinator on our team is an integral partner in recruiting amazing talent to Unity; you keep the trains on the track. This role takes someone who is an organizational guru, works effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, places a premium on customer service, and has the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating phone interviews, onsite and video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency in close cooperation with the recruiter
  • Coordinating candidate travel and expenses process
  • Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date, and creating & sending employment contracts
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
  • Delivering a great recruiting experience for all candidates, conversing pleasantly through all communication channels, as well as meeting and greeting those who arrived for onsite interviews
  • Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams
  • Partner with HR and finance to manage the req opening and closing process

Requirements

  • Experience in working within a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with Google for work (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
  • Strong English communication skills, both speaking and writing

Bonus points

  • Recruiting/HR Coordination Experience
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse)
  • Knowledge of HR management systems (Workday)
