You will work in our Global Strategic Partnership group and interface with key internal/external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and create deep and lasting customer partnerships. You must be a visionary thought leader and possess the ability to establish strategic direction, develop & flawlessly execute sales objectives, and inspire others to deliver desired results.

As a leader within the Global Strategic Partnerships team at Unity, you will be responsible for leading business strategy negotiations, opportunity analysis across marketing, Cloud, Data centers, and ISP's.

In addition, you will lead a team of highly skilled and specialized business development personnel to drive impact that will ultimately be translated for greater benefits to Unity Creators. As a people manager, you will need to assess the business’s staffing needs and determine how many employees are needed to meet this mark.


  • Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze data metrics to ensure success in strategic deals
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate any fixes, improvements, or adjustments to ensure success in client deals
  • Prepare internal communications providing status updates to stakeholders on progress of business development milestones
  • Work cross-functional with the product, marketing, analytics and Unity engine teams
  • Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
  • Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed


  • Prior experience in a business development role
  • Mobile experience, preferably in a services/SDK business
  • Knowledge and passion of the gaming ecosystem
  • Strong organization skills
  • Comfortable working in a data-driven environment

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders
