About the Role

We're looking for a Program Activation Manager to join our award-winning Brand Partnership Studio. Joining our team in Sao Paulo but reporting to the U.S Lead, this role will work closely with our Sales teams as well as external brands, agencies and vendors to manage creative campaigns that help drive Twitch’s sales goals and expansion into LATAM. We are looking for someone who has produced award winning branded content to help elevate Twitch’s portfolio of custom content.

You Will:
  • Manage execution, management and quality control of all custom solutions projects from sale to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets
  • Actively serve your projects through cross collaboration with all (internal and external) partners at all stages of every project
  • Create schedules and budgets across all projects
  • Secure approvals, coordinate action items and communicate with design and sales to maintain workflow through the final asset release
  • Advise clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions
  • Alongside our client services team, be accountable for client relationships after the program has sold through, with special attention to profitability, tracking and managing resource use, financial reporting and billing
  • Collaborate closely with the U.S/LATAM based teams
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in a client services / project management role, working with and delivering to external clients
  • Proficiency in English & Portuguese
  • Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies
  • Must be able to communicate ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively
  • Resolve conflicts by finding win-win scenarios for everyone
  • Thrives on project timelines
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities to meet goals and deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive and enjoy a fast-paced dynamic work environment
  • Must be flexible and comfortable in working non-traditional hours as needed, including travel
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with the Twitch community/Gaming
  • Previous experience in video production and/or live events
