Traffic Manager

About the Employer

We are looking for people who will support the organizational operation of the creative marketing team responsible for the preparation of marketing assets

Your responsibilities:

  • coordinating the work of graphic designers, copywriters, animators, effective resource management
  • managing a task backlog
  • accepting orders from stakeholders (business development, marketing, social media, operations, close cooperation with project managers)
  • verifying work is done correctly, in compliance with the brief and any other applicable requirements
  • seeing to the timely execution of tasks, both in terms of the entry of works to be implemented and the exit of finished materials
  • cooperating with subcontractors
  • settling external costs in the case of cooperation with subcontractors

You meet our expectations if you:

  • have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a traffic manager (for example in a marketing department or advertising agency)
  • have marketing experience - supervising the creation of marketing assets
  • have used project management support tools (Jira, BaseCamp, others)
  • can set priorities on a scale encompassing several projects
  • have a positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail and focus on achieving goals
  • are highly communicative and collaborative with management skills
