About the Employer

Your responsibilities:

  • taking care of P&L online merch and online game store projects
  • cooperating with the online advertising department, carry out image and pro-sales campaigns
  • performing daily data analysis in the area of ​​digital marketing (including website traffic analysis, analysis of campaign activities and tests);
  • conducting customer journey analysis, with particular emphasis on online consumer behaviour (purchasing process, returns, cart abandonment, etc.)
  • conducting research and tests,
  • looking for new sales channels, e.g. on Allegro and/or Amazon
  • analyzing the competition
  • taking part in defining goals and monitoring KPIs for campaigns and initiatives taken,
  • recommending corrective and optimization actions aimed at, for example: increasing valuable traffic on the website, campaign LPs and applications; increasing the number of conversions and increasing the conversion rate, reducing the number of cancellations and abandoned forms, increasing the number of customers acquired from online channels,
  • performing attribution modelling,
  • implementing new tools and solutions in the field of web analytics and digital marketing,
  • coordinating the reporting of campaign results and activities,
  • recommending changes and improvements in the processes related to online customer acquisition,
  • working with team members and representatives of other areas - community management, PR, customer care

You meet our expectations if you:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an e-commerce Manager
