As a Live Game Designer you'll help to improve monetization benefits for both players and Ubisoft. You'll work closely with design, production and analytics to create monetization opportunities based on key performance indicators.
You'll have ownership of the monetization vision and responsibility for its implementation, making you a central figure in driving-related features. You'll also receive support and collaborate with Game Progression Designers, a Business Operations Manager, and BI-Analysts – all whilst keeping a player-first mentality when considering the Live Game experience and Monetization strategies.

You as a person
You think about monetization design with a focus on, and respect for the player. You're used to being the go-to person for anything monetization related, and your specialized knowledge reaches wide and far, putting you at the top of your field. You've an understanding of systems, economy and how it all comes together into features. You're proactive and an enthusiastic communicator, easily taking/sharing feedback with different stakeholders, all in fluent English.
