As our company increases in size across geographies, we want to ensure we're celebrating diverse perspectives and creating the best working environments for all our Jam Citizens. We are hiring a Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to help us build, launch, and lead cultural initiatives that promote belonging in our culture. Successful candidates will have experience building and maintaining relationships with ERGs, designing and delivering innovative DEI training solutions, and building trust with internal partners. This person must be not only passionate about diversity but must also impassion, educate, and collaborate with others to ensure success.


  • Develop a comprehensive D&I company strategy that supports Jam City’s values and business goals.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion awareness and cultural programs across Jam City
  • Serve as an DEI subject matter expert by giving perspective, insights, and knowledge in a consultative manner.
  • Partner with business and recruiting teams to help incorporate diversity goals into overall workforce strategies to attract and hire a dynamic and multi-generational workforce.
  • Build inclusion programs to create a greater sense of uniqueness and belonging for new hires at the company
  • Partner with our Employee Resource Groups to build programs and awareness
  • Facilitate and support execution of internal events, workshops, and programs focused on sense of belonging in our company
  • Partner with Jam City’s HR Team to build and refine programs and processes with a diversity and inclusion lens
  • Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of our DEI and develop appropriate action plans
  • Develop company-wide dashboards depicting our progress towards diversity and inclusion


  • 5 years organizational experience with at least two years of experience focused on diversity and inclusion programs
  • Has a track record of successful program management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage tasks and related expectations
  • Exhibits proven influencing skills to effectively drive project/program imperatives
  • Prioritizes initiatives and resources with efficiency
  • Possesses a mix of intellectual curiosity, creative thinking and pragmatism
  • Ability to influence, build relationships and deliver results in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • Outstanding communication skills, high level of confidentiality, strong follow through& attention to detail.
  • Has the ability to zoom in and out between strategic and tactical
  • Identifies, builds and sustains community partnerships to support DEI projects/plans/programs and strategies
  • Challenges our thinking to help us grow and keep growing
