Jam City is looking for a Finance Intern to join our team for our Spring 2021 program. We build and maintain a number of hit mobile games for a global player community and the Finance team is integral to the success of the organization. As the Finance Intern, you’ll work alongside the finance team on various projects and analyses. This is an excellent opportunity to get finance training at a leading mobile gaming company. Our Spring 2021 internship program will be entirely remote.

Internship Program Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate university program in the U.S. during the Spring 2021 semester and able to intern remotely through April 2021.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US on a part-time basis during the Spring 2021 semester. Visa sponsorship is not available for our internship positions.
  • Be able to work on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week)
  • Deadline to apply for our Spring 2021 program is December 1, 2020

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assist with financial reporting.
  • Assist with variance analysis.
  • Assist with data entry.
  • Miscellaneous analyses, as needed.
  • Ad hoc projects, as needed

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate college program in the U.S. during the Spring 2021 semester (February 1 - April 9)
  • Be able to work on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week)
  • Business, Finance, or Economics major.
  • Interest in the mobile gaming space
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Able to effectively work independently and with a team.
  • Highly motivated and intellectually curious.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About Jam City’s Internship Program:

Jam City’s Spring 2021 Digital Internship Program will take place from February 1 - April 9, 2021 and will be entirely remote. Students can expect a paid, part-time (10 - 20 hours per week) internship working alongside Jam City’s business and studio development teams. Within internships, students gain valuable insights into our products, players, and industry. Our program allows students to work on impactful projects, collaborate with industry professionals, and develop problem solving skills through real hands on experiences. We’re looking for students that bring curiosity, creativity, and an interest in mobile games.
