Job Overview:
You are the essential link between Player Support & Product(s), servicing product, adding value, ensuring support teams deliver to agreed KPIs, creating Player behaviour and toxicity strategies to ensure the health of games, forcing Voice of the Player issues onto product roadmap, and ensuring that all support and PX teams are fully aware of product roadmaps and releases.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within the product team, championing the Voice of the Player within the business, and providing exceptional service levels to your Product Owner
  • Building effective two-way communication between Player Support and your game Product Owner, Community Management, Marketing & Development teams
  • Create and implement, in cooperation with Player Support, Player Experience, game Product Owners and Community Management, Player Behaviour, toxicity and anti-cheating strategies
  • Ensure Player Support is managing brand, IP, community safety and game health risks
  • Own allocated products roadmap and feed into a detailed global product schedule for the Player Support Team outlining any events that may affect service such as new languages, marketing plans, new platforms, content launches, and seasonality.
  • Be a Brand advocate for Jagex, internally and externally, seeking opportunities to realise brand capital
  • Additional operational and project responsibilities, agreed with the Head of Player Support and/or Director of Player Experience
Essential Skills:
  • Initial experience in driving and managing projects is a plus
  • Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication backed up with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office product suite
