CRM Director

About the Employer

As the CRM Director you will be responsible for building out and operating all our social media, influencer, SEO/web/content, word of mouth, email marketing and customer support strategies. You will also lead the internal coordination effort for brand and creative to drive hype and interest around our games, while making full use of our exceptional internal resources. You will work closely with the creative teams, the communication team, the Nexon team and the rest of the commercial team in creating an efficient and scalable solution. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

  • Define and execute our CRM strategy
  • Hire the team
  • Create a cost efficient, scalable and player friendly solution
  • Work very closely with the automation and analytics team to create low cost, high efficiency operations
  • Get closely acquainted with the Nexon team and coordinate operations
  • Support the work of the rest of the marketing team

It is imperative that you have a visionary mindset and are ready to create a solution for the future, rather than repeating your past work from other companies. As such, you need to be able to work end-to-end and understand and participate in the entire process of work.
