Technical Account Manager, Twitch Prime

Looking to join a growing and fast-paced team within the gaming industry? The Twitch Prime team is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to assist with day to day operational support in a high volume and fast paced environment. The TAM will primarily focus on operational support with an emphasis on digital asset and copy management for content launches.
The ideal candidate will contribute by providing highly accurate evaluation of deliverables including account set up, cataloging, and internal distribution to ensure new products and offers launch on time. They will be well organized, detail oriented, and over index on ownership and delivering results. Your responsibilities:
· Deliver timely, accurate and professional technical assistance to all internal and external customers
· Process and manage intake of assets and information from partners
· Work with teams across Twitch Prime
· Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively help team members to meet and exceed team quality standards and goals
· Review feedback, investigate possible issues, and work with different parties to resolve them
· Exhibit a high attention to detail and maintain low error rates


Required skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· 1+ years of relevant account management experience, preferably in a non-sales oriented role
· Experience working directly with external clients


Preferred skills:
· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – with an emphasis on MS Excel
· Outstanding analytical and technical skills
· Ownership and proven track record of working projects to completion
· Demonstrated ability to use data to back up assumptions
· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure
· Excellent customer service skills to apply towards internal and external stakeholders
· Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions for their business
· Understanding of the video game industry, Twitch Prime, and
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Demonstrable effective conflict resolution and negotiating skills
· Exemplary self-discipline and a bias for action
· Basic proficiency with Photoshop or other digital imaging tools
· Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
