Technical Account Manager, Prime Gaming

Looking to join a growing and fast-paced team within the gaming industry? The Prime Gaming team is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to assist with day to day operational support for content launches. The TAM will primarily focus on offer setup and configuration with an emphasis on digital asset and copy management.
The ideal candidate will contribute by providing highly accurate execution of deliverables including offer set up, cataloging, and internal distribution to ensure new offers launch on time. They will be well organized, detail oriented, and over index on ownership and delivering results. Your responsibilities:
· Deliver timely, accurate and professional assistance to internal and external customers
· Process and manage intake of assets and information from external partners
· Setup and configure content offers
· Work cross-functionally with teams across Prime Gaming
· Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively help team members to meet and exceed team quality standards and goals
· Review feedback, investigate possible issues, and work with different teams to resolve customer issues
· Exhibit a high attention to detail and maintain low error rates


· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· 3+ years of relevant account management experience in an operations focused, non-sales oriented role
· Experience working directly with external clients


· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
· Understanding of the video game industry, Prime Gaming, and
· Basic proficiency with Photoshop or other digital imaging tools
· Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – with an emphasis on MS Excel
· Outstanding analytical and technical skills
· Ownership and proven track record of working projects to completion
· Demonstrated ability to use data to back up assumptions
· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure
· Excellent customer service skills to apply towards internal and external stakeholders
· Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions for their business
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Exemplary self-discipline and a bias for action
